XYTIS has a robust and attractive CNS portfolio addressing significant unmet needs in the field of CNS disorders. Anatibant (XY2405), an inhibitor of Bradykinin B2 receptor, is in Phase II clinical trials for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Neboglamine(XY2401), a selective NE reuptake inhibitor is in Phase I clinical studies. In addition there are several pre-IND programs that are positive allosteric modulators of validated CNS drug targets such as GABA_A (XY1029, XY2412, and XY2411) and Alpha7 Nicotinic Acetylcholine (XY4083) receptors.

Xytis is looking to further fuel its pipeline with promising drug candidates. These compounds will preferably be in clinical development, exhibit novel mechanisms of action and address unmet medical needs in the field of CNS.
